“Where Care Feels Like Family”

Phone

(201) 560-2393

Call or text, seven days a week. Voicemail is checked personally.

Service area

All of New Jersey. We will confirm your town on the first call — see service area.

Paying for care

Private pay is accepted. We keep home care affordable for the families who need it, and we will talk honestly about cost before anything is decided — no surprises, no pressure.

Tours

By appointment, so we can give you our full attention and answer everything. Ask for a time that suits your family.

If this is urgent

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. If you are arranging care after a hospital discharge and the date is close, call us rather than writing — we can often move faster that way.

Send us a note and we will call you back

A few sentences is plenty. Nothing you share here leaves Crystal Pearl.

Please do not include medical records or Social Security numbers here. We will ask for what we need, privately.

Questions

The ones families ask first.

If yours is not here, call and ask it. It is a good question, whatever it is.

What happens when I call?
You reach Teresa, not a call center. She will ask what has changed recently, who needs help, and what you are hoping for. There is no script and no pressure, and you will not be added to a list.
Do you come to us, or does my parent move?
Either. We provide care in a person’s own home, and we also have a house with independent living, private and shared rooms to rent, transitional housing, and a place to recover after a hospital stay. Many families start with home care and consider moving later, if the stairs or the nights become unsafe.
What is transitional housing?
A supportive place to stay for a time while someone gets settled or recovers, with care on hand the whole while. It suits families who are not ready to decide anything permanent — after a hospital stay, between homes, or while a longer-term plan is being worked out.
How does paying work?
We accept private pay, and we keep home care affordable for the families who need it. We will talk about cost plainly on the first call — what a room or a visit includes, and what it adds up to — so nothing is a surprise later.
What if someone needs somewhere to stay right away?
Call us. Alongside our housing for veterans and seniors, we keep room for people who simply need an affordable place to live, for someone who needs to leave a difficult situation at home and start again somewhere safe, and for young people in or recently out of foster care. Tell us only what you are comfortable telling us; it is handled quietly and without judgment, and private pay is accepted here too.
Which towns do you cover?
We serve families across New Jersey. Because our caregivers travel to you, coverage depends on the city and the hours needed. Give us the town and we will tell you straight away.
Can we visit before deciding?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Tours are by appointment so the visit is unhurried. Bring your parent, bring questions, and stay as long as you like.
What if we only need a few hours a week?
That is a very common place to start. A few hours of help with bathing, meals, and errands is often enough to keep someone safely at home, and it can grow later if it needs to.
